Unfortunately, customer service could be frustrating. the staff denied requests for a late check-out despite a medical emergency. The resort was well-kept, but such experiences marred what could have been a perfect stay.

Incredible stay. Staff very nice and quickly responsive. Huge rooms, two master bed/bath suites in the 3 bedroom unit with another full bath. The pools were heated, beach towels in the rooms a huge plus. They definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to hospitality.
